About the Owners
Our names are Nick Guy and Grace Morgan, and we were both born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We have a passion for serving people and for creating positive, fulfilling customer interactions – it’s all about providing support to those living in our own community.
Nick has over 10 years of experience in the chimney field. His parents owned their own chimney company, where he worked for over 10 years as an apprentice. Seeing the joy and benefits of running a family-owned operation firsthand inspired Nick to do the same – and now here we are!
Nick has earned his certification with the Chimney Safety Institute of America (CSIA), putting hundreds of hours into training and furthering his chimney knowledge. In a field that is always developing and evolving, a fervor for education is a must! If there’s a problem with your chimney, he’ll know how to address it.
Grace is an expert in customer service, having worked for years on the administrative side of things for a dental clinic. We both guarantee that no matter which service you request from us, we’ll provide exceptional, first-rate care. Just reach out and let us know what you need.
